A 17-year-old Mason resident was arrested Sunday for felonious assault after he cut a man with a knife inside of a home on M.A.C. Avenue, East Lansing police Sgt. Mark VandeWouwer said.When police arrived, they told the man to drop the knife and then arrested him. The victim, who had a slight wound to the neck, declined treatment.
