It seems no one wants to be accused of being unpatriotic.
Frankly, the least expensive and possibly most effective way of helping to rebuild Iraq might be in "spending" the administration's pride and arrogance that binds us to a solo course in Iraq and requesting assistance - without limits - from the United Nations.
If sacrifice is required from each American, then let's begin with the current administration. After all, "the buck stops" there.
