A 20-year-old nonstudent was cited for transporting alcohol early Thursday after an officer stopped him for having a defective headlight, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The officer apparently noticed empty cans and bottles in the car and asked permission to look further before finding five full bottles of Bud Light and one bottle of Labatt Blue.
