An 18-year-old student who lives in North Hubbard Hall told police she received a harassing e-mail on Monday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The person who sent the e-mail was identified as a 21-year-old male student.Police told the person who received the message to seek a personal protection order.
