A 19-year-old student told police he was assaulted by a 21-year-old student on Friday in East Holden Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The 19-year-old told the 21-year-old man to leave the hall when the suspect allegedly head-butted him, breaking his nose. He refused treatment.Police identified and arrested the suspect.· A 19-year-old female student told police a window on the second floor of Rather Hall was broken by vandals throwing fruit and water balloons from a balcony of Butterfield Hall, McGlothian-Taylor said.The window, valued at $100, was broken between 1 a.m. and 4:40 a.m. on Sunday. Witnesses found fruit and pieces of water balloons in the debris.Police have no suspects.Steve Eder
