A 21-year-old student told police he was assaulted near the entrance of South Case Hall on Thursday at about midnight, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.Three men approached the student wanting to fight as a continuation of an altercation near Hubbard Hall. The student did not report the Hubbard Hall incident to police, in which he claims he was punched several times in the head.The three men drove away from South Case Hall in a green Ford Taurus. Police have no suspects.· A university employee reported a university vehicle, valued at $12,000, stolen between July 31 and Aug. 14 from a lot near Wells Hall, McGlothian-Taylor said.The vehicle is a gold, four-door 2000 Dodge Intrepid.Police have no suspects.· A 23-year-old student told police his laptop was stolen from the lobby of the Biomedical and Physical Sciences Building on Friday, McGlothian-Taylor said.He said he placed the laptop on a table while tutoring a student there. He briefly left after the session and realized that he had forgotten his laptop. When he returned, the laptop, valued at $1,000, was missing.Police have no suspects.
