The Impression 5 Science Center will host the 11th Annual Capital City River Run on Sunday.

Proceeds will support educational programs at the science center, located at 200 Museum Drive in Lansing.

The first of four races will begin at 9:30 a.m. with the Slime Mile, a one-mile run for kids 12 and under. Races also include a 10-mile run, a 5K run and walk, and 5K and 10-mile awards.

The center offers a family registration of $45 before race day and $60 on race day, which covers three race shirts and admission to Impression 5. Registration fees for the 5K and 10-mile are $20 and include a shirt. The cost is $15 without a shirt. Registration forms are located online at www.ccriverrun.org.
