MSU's new e-mail system was inaccessible Sunday for unknown reasons.
Users of the system who called the Computer Center for maintenance were greeted by a message saying employees were aware the Web site, located at
\"target=\"_blank\">mail.msu.edu, was not working.
Last week, an e-mail was sent to users of the system announcing the site would be down from 5-6 a.m. Monday morning.
More than 2,500 students, faculty and staff use the site.
Tom Davis, MSU Computer Laboratory interim director, could not be reached for comment Sunday.
