A 21-year-old male student reported a glass door smashed with an unknown object in Emmons Hall on Friday, MSU police Sgt. Jennifer Brown said.Damage to the door on the first-floor stairwell is estimated to be about $250, Brown said. A 24-year-old male employee reported a flat-screen computer monitor stolen from the Engineering Building on Friday, Brown said.The monitor, valued at $1,000, was taken between 9 p.m. Thursday and 7:30 a.m. Friday, Brown said. A 33-year-old male employee reported someone punched a hole through a wall during an event at the James B. Henry Center for Executive Development, causing $15 in damage on Friday, Brown said.Police have a suspect. A 20-year-old male student reported his 1991 Ford Explorer broken into while it was parked in the Shaw Hall ramp on Saturday, Brown said.Between 9:30 p.m. Friday and 6:59 p.m. Saturday, the driver's side window was smashed, Brown said. A car stereo and CDs totaling about $1,280 were taken from the vehicle while it was parked in the northwest corner of level one, Brown said.Police were able to lift fingerprints from the vehicle and two other vehicles parked in the ramp that were broken into within the past week, Brown said. A 22-year-old female student reported her camera damaged while she was at an event at the University Club's lower ballroom on Saturday, Brown said.Between 11:25 p.m. Saturday and 12:45 a.m. Sunday, the student got into an argument on the dance floor with someone who grabbed the camera, breaking it in the process, Brown said.Damage to the camera is estimated at about $115.
