I am writing in response to Steve Milkiewicz’s letter (“Football is not a leading killer,” SN 11/7). Milkiewicz, I have one word for you: Satire. You missed the point of Greg Brown’s letter (“Football is killing country’s youth,” SN 11/6). It was satirical, and as you pointed out, over the top. The same way you feel that his proposed regulations are unreasonable for football, he feels that the proposed regulations are unreasonable for gun control. Next time listen to what the other person is saying instead of just reacting.
