MSU Baseball Drops First of Three Against Rutgers
The MSU baseball team lost its first match-up of a three-game series against Rutgers University with a score of 4-2. While the Spartans were able to put up two runs in the first inning, they weren't able to capitalize on their early lead and later succumbed to Rutgers' hitters. MSU now holds an overall record of 10-14 while heading into Saturday's game with a conference record of 1-3.
