ASMSU to host "Know Your Rights" event Wednesday evening

The Associated Students of Michigan State University (ASMSU) will be hosting a “Know Your Rights” event on Wednesday evening for a discussion on what to do when approached by law enforcement. The event, which will be held in Wells Hall Room B117 at 6 p.m., is the second one organized since February, when a similar event took place.

MSU scales back Spartan Gateway District plans

The Michigan State University Board of Trustees voted to begin accepting plans for a scaled-down version of the Spartan Gateway District. Two trustees expressed concerns about what impacts the construction would have on traffic, among other things, with one trustee voting against the plan.
