Editor's note: On Friday, July 30 President Samuel L. Stanley Jr. announced MSU students, staff and faculty will be required to receive vaccinations. The decision was made because of breakthrough cases and transmission rates regarding the Delta variant of COVID-19.
Seventeen months.
The second the calendar flipped to June, we saw companies and organizations change their logos to bright colorful icons, repping the colors of the rainbow and more. Some even incorporated the trans flag to prove their allyship, including Michigan State University.
In just a couple of weeks, I’ll be gearing up to walk across a parking lot in commemoration of four years of hard work.
