Residents and neighbors linger in the street after a fire erupted at 129 Burcham Apartments late Monday night. Leo Allaire, not pictured, was one of 12 East Lansing firefighters dispatched to the fire, which spread through the walls of the apartment complex and damaged three units. All residents were evacuated and unharmed.
