Hank's Hotdogs owner Benjamin Scheffler works his food cart, located on the corner of Abbot Road and Albert Avenue. Hank's Hotdogs will be operating until the Concessionaire's Pilot Program ends May 7. Scheffler will then have the option to purchase a one-year license to continue operating in the space.
