The CORES and COPS Coalition held a press conference on Wednesday, June 23. Starting at The Rock, they marched to the Hannah Administration Building where the conference was held. There, students were given the opportunity to share their experiences with harassment, discrimination and hate speech on campus.

The organization called for a change in university harassment policies and for better regulation of what is allowed on The Rock, "This policy is does not adequate, as it allows students to be continually harmed and forces us to have to exist in this hostile environment," said Valentine McWilliams, MSU student and member of TransAction MSU.
