Sister Sensations
Sisters Allyson and Mandi Karaba are key contributors to the volleyball team and are both solid defenders.
Allyson, a junior, was named tournament MVP of the Cleveland State Invitational last weekend, while Mandi, a redshirt freshman, has seen playing time this season.
Although they’re fierce competitors on the court, the Karabas have gotten along well together growing up. They won a state title as members of North Muskegon’s volleyball team in high school but were not heavily recruited. Their choice to attend MSU, however, has led to success on the court so far.
