MSU men's tennis will look to mirror its success from last season as the Spartans' fall 2024 schedule was announced Monday.

Head Coach Harry Jadun led the Spartans to the most decorated season in MSU tennis history, earning a program-high 23 wins along with their first-ever NCAA tournament win.

On the court, the team returns program centerpiece Ozan Baris, who, as a sophomore, won the first Big Ten Player of the Year award at MSU and competed in the NCAA Championships in the spring.

The historic season came to an end with a second-round loss in the NCAA tournament to Harvard after capturing the first tournament win in program history since its inception in 1913.

In fall of 2024, the team kicks off its campaign Thursday, Sep. 12 at the Battle in the Bay tournament in San Francisco, California, followed by a trip to Kentucky for the Louisville Invitational.

The Spartans travel to Ann Arbor for the M15 Ann Arbor tournament from Sep. 30 through Oct. 3 and host ITA Team Regionals in East Lansing from Oct. 10 to 14.

The Big Ten Indoor Championships take place in Madison, Wisconsin from Oct. 24 to Oct. 27, followed by the Conference Masters tournament and ITA Sectionals in November.

On top of team-wide tournaments, individual players will compete in various M15 tournaments, starting in Fayetteville, Arkansas on Sept. 16. A month later, M15 play resumes on Oct. 14 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina followed by a trip to Norman, Oklahoma on Oct. 21.

The three M15 individual tournaments open up the schedule for the NCAA Individual Championships, held in the fall for the first time on Nov. 19 in Waco, Texas.
