The East Lansing Police Department and MSU Police are investigating reports of gunshots fired in East Lansing early Saturday morning, according to an MSU Alert sent at 3:37 a.m.
The incident occurred near Charles Street and Albert Street, according to the alert. An individual reportedly fired several shots before leaving the area in a vehicle.
According to the alert, there is currently no description of either the suspect or the vehicle. MSUPD and ELPD advise the public to call 911 to report any further suspicious activity.
