Three more protesters arrested during the rally against white nationalist Richard Spencer's speech at MSU were arraigned.
Stavros Glitsos, a 36-year-old Hamtramck, Michigan, resident, pleaded not guilty to obstructing official business, an MSU ordinance.
He was released on a $500 bond, with the condition that he does not enter MSU's campus, and has a pretrial conference scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on April 4.
Joshua Morgan, a 22-year-old resident of Lansing, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct.
He was released on a $250 bond with the condition that he does not enter MSU's campus, and has a pretrial conference scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on April 4.
On March 14, Mark Huff, a 30-year-old resident of Tecumseh, Michigan, pleaded not guilty to failure to obey a police officer and violating an MSU weapons ordinance, according to court records.
He was released with a $250 bond and his pretrial conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. April 11.
There are five protesters yet to be arraigned: Alexander Bennett, Hayley Currier, Zachary Guerra, Hannah Manela and John Shade III. They were scheduled to be arraigned at 8 a.m. on March 15, arraignments occur daily at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. at 54B District Court.
Eight protestors have pre-exam conferences scheduled for 1 p.m. March 16.
