On Monday, more than 50 store owners in downtown East Lansing handed out candy to young trick-or-treaters.
The busiest street was Grand River Avenue, Division Street and M.A.C. Avenue saw turnout as well. The event started at 5 p.m. and ended at about 7 p.m. Free parking was provided between 4:30 and 7. Hundreds of kids with their parents showed up to this annual East Lansing staple.
