VIDEO: Kids trick-or-treat at Great Pumpkin Walk

 On Monday, more than 50 store owners in downtown East Lansing handed out candy to young trick-or-treaters.

 The busiest street was Grand River Avenue, Division Street and M.A.C. Avenue saw turnout as well. The event started at 5 p.m. and ended at about 7 p.m. Free parking was provided between 4:30 and 7. Hundreds of kids with their parents showed up to this annual East Lansing staple.

 It rained and hailed on Monday, but that did not stop children from getting their candy.
