Following two days full of convention activities and a mixture of speakers, day three of the RNC is set to begin at 7:20 p.m. Without any convention business on the agenda, it will be a night of speakers and videos all centered around the theme of “Make America First Again.”
Headlining the slate of speakers is Vice President of The Eric Trump Foundation Lynne Patton, Donald Trump’s son Eric Trump, former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Newt Gingrich and his wife, Callista and Vice Presidential nominee Indiana Gov. Mike Pence.
Donald Trump is also expected to appear on stage tonight alongside Pence. It is unclear thus far if he will be only introducing Gov. Pence or if he will be delivering brief remarks as well. Trump was only scheduled to appear on Monday and Thursday but announced via video at the RNC on Tuesday that he would be making this extra appearance.
Other notable names taking to the podium Wednesday include Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida via video and Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas. Both Rubio and Cruz squared off with Donald Trump in the primaries.
