During Gov. Rick Snyder's State of the State address, activists protested his administration's handling of the water situation in Flint Tuesday. Snyder gave much of his time to Flint, saying he will dedicate the next three years of his administration to fixing the issue.
"We need to make sure this never happens again in any Michigan city," Snyder said.
