In a joint vesture, The Woodlark Companies, Westpac Campus Communities and an institutional investor purchased Chandler Crossings in a multi-million dollar acquisition, according to StudentHousingPlanet.com.
The total purchase price for the properties totaled $101,750,000.
Woodlark will make a $9 million investment to make improvements to the properties to all apartments.
Chandler Crossings contain The Village, The Club and The Landings and under-construction The Cottages. The renovations to the three existing properties include new floors, cabinets and appliances.
The Village contains 1,068 beds, 768 beds for The Club, and 936 beds for The Landings, according to StudentHousingPlanet.com.
