I am delighted to write this letter in support of Nathan Triplett’s reelection to the East Lansing City Council. Nathan is a person of integrity who is responsive to the needs of the community and dedicated to social justice. His dedication to service and commitment to compassionate leadership is demonstrated in many ways. Nathan has served on the boards of directors of several nonprofit organizations, including Haven House and the Capital Area Transportation Authority. He led the effort to extend Other Eligible Individual benefits to East Lansing employees to ensure our community recognized the dignity of every employee with equal compensation for equal work. I deeply appreciate the work he has done, and I fully support his continued leadership in our community.
