The Spartans (4-1) will take on their Wolverine rivals Saturday night. MSU has walked away as the victor the past three years. As the only Big Ten school in state, U-M (6-0) has long been a main Spartan rival.

“Unfortunately, I’ll be out of town. Last year we went to U of M and went wild on them. It’s a fun time for us.”
Steven Brooks
Political science and pre-law junior

“I don’t have tickets, but I’ll be watching. I’m really psyched. I usually go spirit wear shopping. I like getting that car paint and painting my car.”
Haley Williams
Studio art junior

“I’m from Ann Arbor – (and I’ve) got some friends coming up. I’m just going to go with the flow. It’s pretty easy to get pumped up. You got to hate Michigan, right?”
Owen Carpenter
Computer science senior

“We have tailgates planned with fraternities, so we’re excited. This will be my second time tailgating. This year has been my year to become a football fan.”
Katie Bean
Premedical sophomore

“All my friends are coming up, and we’re waking up at 6 a.m. and we’re blaring the fight song all day.”
Hunter Sarah
Predental sophomore
