Religion groups hold awareness events all week

The Campus Interfaith Council, in partnership with the Department of Religious Studies, is sponsoring Religious Awareness Week through the rest of the week.

Each day will feature different events and lectures students can attend.

Today will be a Zen Buddhist meditation at noon in 207-208 Eustace-Cole Hall. Guest speaker Gretel Van Wieren also will speak at 5:30 p.m. on religious environmentalism in the south lounge of Williams Hall.

A Tai Chi exercise will be held Wednesday at noon in 207-208 Eustace-Cole Hall. Guest speaker Alan Hill will discuss “The UFO Movement as a Religious Movement” at 5:30 p.m. in 122 Berkey Hall.
On Friday, a Religious Resource Fair will start at 1:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the MSU Museum.

All events and food are free and open to the public.
