MSU deserves congratulations for their action to help stop cruelty to animals in MSU officials ban circus from Breslin (SN 1/15). Both The Humane Society of the United States and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals condemn animal circuses. There are many other forms of family entertainment available that do not involve animals being forced to perform unnatural acts.
