Car window smashed near Olin Health Center

A black 2008 Chevrolet Impala parked in the Grand River Avenue ramp near Olin Health Center was damaged between 3:30-6:10 p.m. Sunday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. About $200 in damage was done. The vehicle’s owner, a 22-year-old male Lansing resident, returned to his car to find the rear passenger-side window smashed, McGlothian-Taylor said. Numerous items, including an iPod and a satchel containing an undisclosed amount of money, were in the car but nothing was taken, McGlothian-Taylor said. There are no suspects in the case, which is still under investigation.
