The art of reading palms tells the story of your past and reveals unique traits.
Your dominant hand (the hand you write with) symbolizes your actions, conscious decisions and public self. It tells you what might happen if no change is made and how others see you.
Your weak hand symbolizes characteristics you’re born with, what happens to you and how you view yourself. It indicates inherited traits, what others do to you and what happens to you that you have no control over.
Clear, deep lines indicate success, happiness and contentment. Breaks, gaps, crosses and islands indicate past or potential problems or momentous events. Broad, fuzzy or chain-type lines indicate negative morale and low energy.
Your love line
The top line indicates emotion and your romantic profile.
If the line starts under your index finger, you are content with your love life. If the line begins under your middle finger, you have a selfish and materialistic outlook regarding love. If the line begins between the two fingers, you give your heart away easily.
If it’s straight and short, you have a high sex drive and don’t care for romance. If it points down or touches your life line, your heart is easily broken. If it’s long and curvy, you freely express emotions. If it’s straight and parallel to the head line, you have a handle on emotions.
Small lines above it show happiness, but lines stretching down indicate disappointment.
Your head line
The middle line deals with the type of thinker you are. A short line shows you prefer physical achievements above mental ones. A curved, sloping line shows creativity.
If your head line and life line are separate, you love adventure.
A wavy head line indicates a short attention span. A long line stretching horizontally across the palm shows clarity and focus. The straighter the line, the more realistic your thinking is.
Your life line
The bottom line tells you about your quality of life. A long, deep line indicates vitality and a long, healthy life. If it’s shallow, others may be controlling your life.
If the line runs close to your thumb, you’re often tired. If it’s curvy you have lots of energy. If it swoops around in a semicircle, you have strength and enthusiasm. If it’s straight and close to the edge of your palm, you’re cautious in relationships and hold back from love.
Two or three life lines means you have extra vitality and positivity. If lines extend above your life line, you’re good at recovering from bad situations.
Lines going below the life line mean you waste energy.
