A video data projector lamp was stolen from Wells Hall between 8 a.m. Wedneday and 8 a.m. Thursday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. The classroom in Wells Hall was open and unlocked during the time the $450 lamp was stolen. There currently are no suspects, McGlothian-Taylor said.An MSU employee's personal projector was stolen from the Life Sciences Building between noon June 19 and 7 a.m. Thursday, McGlothian-Taylor said. The $1,000 LCD model projector was located under the employee's desk along with several laptops. The laptops were not taken, and there are other people who have access to his office, which is normally locked. The employee told police the custodial staff sometimes leave his door unlocked, McGlothian-Taylor said.There currently are no suspects, McGlothian-Taylor said.Ashley A. Smith
