The parking ramp located between Olin Health Center and Morrill Hall will be open on Dec. 11. The ramp was originally scheduled to open about eight months later, on July 31. There will be 553 permits for faculty and staff and 162 metered spaces for the public. The ramp will be free to the public on weekends.
