A university employee reported four sanitary napkin dispensers were destroyed between 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Friday in the Main Library, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The four dispensers, all located in women's restrooms, sustained $400 in damages and an estimated $10 total in change was stolen from them.One of the dispensers, located in the first floor west wing women's restroom, was still on the wall and the door was pried off.Another dispenser, located in a west wing basement women's restroom, was found lying on the floor with change still inside.A dispenser in a west wing third floor restroom was reportedly discovered still on the wall with the door pried off with no change inside it.Another was found on the wall in a east wing second floor bathroom with all the change missing, McGlothian-Taylor said.When the building work crew left at 6:30 a.m. Friday, all of the dispensers were intact, the employee told police. When the they were checked again at 4:30 p.m., the damage was found.The case is still under investigation.Lauren Phillips
