Members of the MSU Debate Team began their season by placing in the top eight and top 16 teams at the season opener at Georgia State University in September.
The team of interdisciplinary humanities senior Aaron Hardy and biology senior Shaun VanHorn then placed third at the Kentucky Round Robin in the beginning of October.
Hardy and VanHorn also placed in the top eight at the Henry Clay Debates at the University of Kentucky.
