Election events held on campus Thursday

September 29, 2004

More than 1,000 free tickets are still available to see Michael Moore speak at noon Thursday at the Auditorium, but they are no longer being offered at Case Hall.

Remaining tickets will be in the lobbies of the Union and International Center from 1-5 p.m. today and at the door of the event.

Cate Edwards, the 22-year-old daughter of vice presidential candidate John Edwards, will join students to watch the televised presidential debates at 8 p.m. in parlor rooms A, B and C of the Union. The event is free and open to the public.

The Secretary of State office also will bring its mobile office to the International Center 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday to register students to vote.
