"A Celebration of Women in Jazz," honoring National Women's History Month and the contributions of American women, will feature the flair of four contemporary jazz artists.

Vocalist Sunny Wilkinson, who teaches jazz voice at MSU and Western Michigan University, will team up with bassist and composer Marion Hayden, pianist, composer-arranger and teacher Ellen Rowe and drummer Gayelynn McKinney.

The concert will be held at 8 p.m. tonight inside the Wharton Center's Pasant Theatre. Tickets are $15 and $10 for students. They can be purchased by calling the Wharton Center Box Office at (517) 432-2000.

A free mentoring master session will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the MSU Music Building's Hart Recital Hall.
