With states across the nation evaluating legislation regarding same-sex marriages, the MSU-DCL College of Law Students' Chapter of the Federalist Society will host a debate this week regarding the issue with guest speakers Andrew Koppelman and Lynn Wardle.

"Same Sex Marriages: Constitutionally Right?" will take place on 12:15 p.m. Thursday in 474 MSU-DCL College of Law Building. Both debaters are nationally recognized professors of law who have taught extensively on the subject of constitutional law.

This is the first time the two have publicly debated against each other. It is open to the public and there is no admission fee.
