E.L. library features breakfast program

November 4, 2003

Parents looking to get their children involved in reading can head to the East Lansing Public Library, 950 Abbott Road, and join Books & Bagels, a discussion group geared at children in grades four and five.

The regular monthly meeting will be held on Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and will combine reading with refreshments, including bagels and cream cheese. An activity also is planned.

This month, the group will be reading and discussing "Adaline Falling Star" by children's author Mary Pope Osborne.

Books & Bagels will meet again on Dec. 6 and Jan. 10.

To register, or for more information, call (517) 351-2420.
