After serving at Minnesota State University, the new pastor of University Lutheran Church, 1020 S. Harrison Ave., will make East Lansing his home.
The Rev. Frederick Fritz was formally introduced as the senior pastor Sunday at the 10:45 a.m. service.
Fritz came to Michigan from his job as a professor at Minnesota State University and pastor and director of Lutheran Campus Ministry. He's also served in Spokane, Wash., and North Dakota.
