Sororities, fraternities grill off to raise money for foster children

A grill-off fundraiser for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) will be held on September 28th.

The event will be at the Theta Field on Evergreen Road from 3-6 p.m. The group will raise money to aid foster children in finding permanent residence and establishing a voice in court.

MSU sororities and fraternities plan to barbecue in competition with each other for the best dish.

Tickets are $1 each, five for $3 and eight for $5. Raffle tickets at $1 each will also be sold.

Raffle prizes will all be donated by various sponsors, and the proceeds from the event will be given to Court Appointed Special Advocates.
