MSU's School of Hospitality Business will sponsor a black tie reception and dinner on Saturday called Les Gourmets. The dinner was established in 1952 and is intended to showcase the talents and expertise of students in The School of Hospitality Business.

This year's theme is "Celebration! Honoring the Past, Present and Future Student Leaders of Les Gourmets." The dinner, held annually, is intended to demonstrate the managerial and technical ability the students learned in the classroom.

There are more than 150 students volunteering for positions in marketing, human resources and more, and an $800 scholarship will be presented to one of the student volunteers for their contribution to the dinner. More than 20 other scholarships also will be awarded at the event.
