After its best season in club history, the MSU field hockey team had two players named Division I all-Americans. Junior midfielder Sophie Rosmalen hailed second team honors, while sophomore midfielder Annebet Beerman earned a spot on the third team. Both were also nominated to the All-Big Ten and All-West Region first teams earlier in the season.
Junior defender Alexandra Kyser was voted to the NCAA all-Tournament squad after aiding the Spartans to a Final Four berth with her outstanding defensive efforts.
