MSU’s Healthy ‘U’ team is sponsoring a free massage program as part of its Relaxation and Stress Management program on Oct.10 for MSU faculty and staff.

The program, the ABCs of Massage, will cover areas including asking for permission to do perform the massage, creating a comfortable working area for the massage to take place.

The session will be led by Pam Pistor of the Creative Wellness Holistic Health Center, 2025 Abbott Road, and will teach basic massage techniques that are helpful to relieve stress for family and friends.

The massage session will be held from 12:10-12:50 p.m. in meeting rooms B and C of the International Center.

Faculty and staff are required to register for the session beforehand. Space is limited for the program.
