MSU jazz faculty members will present a concert at 7:30 p.m. today in the Music Building Auditorium.

The first half of the concert will feature a quartet with Rodney Whitaker, director of MSU Jazz Studies, Diego Rivera, Rick Roe and Randy Gelispie.

The second half will feature the quartet along with performers Sunny Wilkinson, Rob Killips and Derrick Gardner.

Rodney Whitaker will perform original pieces, including “Light, Shadows, Portraits, and Remembrances” with four movements about people, places and experiences in his life.

Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for senior citizens and free for students and those under 18.
