What is the purpose of registering a bike for riding on campus?
The registration fee is merely another method by which to extort money from students. There is no valid reason for it.
I’ve never discovered any reasons that the $2 spent on registration and the sticker have ever provided anything but just that - two less dollars in my pocket and a brand new sticker.
How about a fee to breathe air on campus? And a fee to walk from class to class on campus?
MSU may be efficient at nothing except ticketing cars and impounding bikes. Way to go, MSU.
