Shame on MSU, shame on the athletic department and shame on the trustees. Eric Knott's admission and scholarship is an insult to alumni, current students and the community. Knott's presence on campus is a slap in the face of the young woman he assaulted.
This entire incident has tainted the pride I felt for MSU and the education I received there. I assure you I will no longer boast about MSU because I'm embarrassed to have been associated with it.
