Two 20-year-old male students were uninjured after someone put lit firecrackers under their Holden Hall door.A firecracker was slipped under the students door at about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday and a second was put beneath the door about a half hour later. Both exploded, causing minor damage to the room door.Fireworks in the halls are looked at very seriously by administration, MSU Detective Tony Willis said. Setting off fireworks in a residence hall is a felony offense.A bottle rocket set off in Holden Hall about five years ago caused a fire and extensive damage in a Holden dorm room, Willis said.An investigation is pending. Police have no suspects.
