In dressing for the commute to class, students will have to cover three bases — first snow, then rain and ice. The buildup of ice and snow will make it slippery out there, as MSU gradually transforms into a slushie throughout the afternoon, and freezes all over again this evening.

This was a rough weekend for the Spartan Baseball team, as they dropped all three games last weekend to No. 7 UCLA. MSU has now dropped five of their last six games.

The members of MSU men’s cross country team have trained through their share of inclement weather. Whether it be pouring rain, the scorching heat of the summer or any of the countless miles spent running through the polar vortex, they’ve been through it all.

East Lansing has finally received a much anticipated “real winter.” By “real winter,” I mean that the temperatures have at last dropped below freezing and a few inches of snow have successfully stuck to the ground for longer than a 24-hour period.
