Dan Jacobs came across a geiger counter, numerous test tubes and multiple unknown objects as he sorted through bins of items recently cleared from a university laboratory at the MSU Store on campus Friday. Staff members handle “everything from garbage to gold,” General Sales Associate Tom March said, including many things that will be sold to educators at the back to school sale August 12.
