ESPN’s “College Gameday” will return to East Lansing for the much-anticipated rivalry matchup between Michigan State (7-0) and Michigan (7-0).

While the game will be broadcast on Fox as their “Big Noon Saturday” package, ESPN will bring their own analyst crew consisting of Rece Davis, Lee Corso, David Pollack, Kirk Herbstreit and Desmond Howard to host the beloved pregame show. Their familiar set location is yet to be determined.

Michigan State will have now hosted nine shows since the program’s inception in 1987, with their most recent hosting opportunity coming on Sept. 12, 2015 in a 31-28 win over Oregon. The Spartans are 8-6 in “Gameday” matchups.

This marks the first “Gameday” feature of The Battle for the Paul Bunyan trophy since No. 7 Michigan State pulled out a miraculous 27-23 win over No. 12 Michigan on Oct. 17, 2015.
